Effective 2026-09-28 (version 2026-09-28)
These terms are between you and Atlas ("we", "us") for the use of Atlas. By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Atlas
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Atlas is intended for use in the United States.
Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at atlas.productivity.support@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
You own the content you put into Atlas. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending the limited text described in our Privacy Policy to AI providers when you use AI features. We do not use your content for advertising.
Acceptable use
Do not use Atlas to break the law, attack or overload the service, access other people's data, upload malware, or abuse the AI features or usage limits. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
AI features
AI features can be wrong or incomplete. Review AI-generated results before relying on them. Do not enter sensitive information into AI features; see the Privacy Policy for how that text is handled.
Plans and payment
Atlas is currently free. We plan to offer a paid plan ("Zen"). Paid plans are not yet available for purchase. When they are, the price, renewal terms, and cancellation and refund terms will be shown before you pay and are described in our Refund Policy. Features and limits of the free and paid plans may change.
Service availability
Atlas is provided as-is and may change or be interrupted. We work to keep your data safe and back it up, but you should export anything important. Use Settings → "Download my data".
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the version and date above and ask you to accept the new version.
